Q: When exactly does the service fee become payable?
The service fee is payable strictly after your transaction is formally completed:
- Bank Auctions: Upon issuance of the official Bank Sale Certificate / final bid confirmation.
- Resale & Builder Units: Upon signing and registration of the Sale Agreement / Sale Deed.
- Rentals: Upon execution of the registered Rent or Lease Agreement.
If a deal does not materialize, you owe us nothing — No Deal, No Service Fee.
Q: Do I need to pay to inspect a property or connect with a seller?
Never. Discovering properties, requesting seller call-backs, downloading available public notices, and scheduling in-person site visits are completely free for all buyers.
